the staff were friendly and helpful.
the bathroom door was broken, i couldn't close it. some of the furniture was old, the material on the leather chair peeled off. i found a lack of maintenance.

I really liked the food i got at kraal. the breakfast selection was great and very plentiful. i also loved the complimentary mini bar. It was a nice bonus.
the curtains in my room was heavy, i struggled to move them smoothly. also, i noticed a absence of hand wash in the bathroom, i expect more than soap.

i had stayed at this peaceful place and find it good, a true escape. the mountain view from every point is amazing, it does add to the overall tranquility. customer service was superb, all staff were warm and eager to help. the location seemed like privacy, very close to the city though surrounded by nature.
the bathroom door felt misaligned and, so, it does not fully close. it did cause a small discomfort.
